We took the kids over to Prairie Fest. this Saturday to give them a chance to play on the rides and they had a great time. Their mom and I took a bunch of photos of them and I put it together her on this page for your enjoyment.
At the festival they had a lot of the car, and car like, rides. This was Nova's first time on festival rides but not Bane's. The first ride they started on was a motorcycle ride which allows for two children to ride together, and that is what the kids did. The next car like ride was actually a Merry-go-round, that one actually startled Nova a little bit because it was her first time on a ride alone and wasn't sure what to expect. The good news is she quickly got used to it and had a great time. They rode a bunch more car rides but I believe Nova's favorite ride was when she was in the elephant ride and Bane's favorite he just told me was the Merry-Go-Round. | |
While at the Prairie Festival the kids also had a chance to go into the petting zoo. Nova had the most fun in the petting zoo as Bane was wanting to go back to the rides. At some point Nova came up with some food for the animals.... we just have no idea where she got it from. | |
This was Just another of the things the kids and I did, both of them really enjoyed using this huge slide. Nova was not allowed to use the slide without an adult ( I don't blame them in the least bit, it would be a huge fall ) so Nova and I went down the slide together. | |
